Sales representatives enjoy uncapped commissions, and the team typically finalizes a sale in under 10 minutes, delivering satisfied vacationers. • Lead and mentor a team of 3-4 sales representatives. • Drive customer engagement and sell vacation getaway packages. • Achieve quick sales closures, averaging under 10 minutes per transaction.
