About the Role
You will manage delivery of complex capital projects for Peel Ports, ensuring robust governance, stakeholder engagement, and contract management excellence within a dynamic 24/7 environment. The focus is on delivering scope, budget, safety, and compliance while maintaining high standards. • Manage end‑to‑end project delivery and governance. • Manage schedules, risks, and NEC contract compliance. • Drive cost control and accurate financial forecasting. • Build strong stakeholder and contractor relationships. • Ensure quality assurance and standards compliance. • Champion health, safety, and sustainability initiatives. • Oversee project documentation and reporting. • Promote continuous improvement and professional excellence. • Safety first – champion a safe, diverse, inclusive environment and wellbeing. • Create opportunity – foster continuous improvement culture and inspire development.

What You Bring

Our values shape the way we consult and define the people we want to join us on our journey. • Holding a degree in project management, civil engineering, or a related discipline. • 10+ years delivering complex projects under NEC contracts. • Professional membership (APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE) preferred. • Demonstrate strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills. • Possess health and safety qualifications (SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH) desirable. • Client focus – own deliverable quality, strategic outcomes, and build long‑term client relationships.
