What You Bring
To learn and perform basic level tasks and activities related to the process or business the employee is aligned with. The role requires understanding business fundamentals and standard operating procedures, following a designated training schedule, maintaining professional relations with internal customers, adhering to procedures, meeting productivity requirements, resolving problem invoices urgently, and handling quality control issues. Other duties may be assigned as needed by the supervisor or manager. Required qualification is a B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent degree. Preferred qualifications include six months of relevant experience in audit, accounts, and finance, with additional advantage for experience in a similar process. Candidates with strong communication and analytical skills may be considered even without experience. The role involves frequent repetitive motions and eye/hand/foot coordination, and constant sitting, talking, and hearing. Work is performed primarily in an office environment using standard office equipment. • Understand business fundamentals and standard operating procedures • B.Com, M.Com or equivalent degree (required) • Six months prior relevant experience in audit, accounts & finance (preferred) • Experience in a similar process is an additional advantage • Strong communication and analytical skills may be considered without prior experience
