About the Role

• Produce 2D and 3D design drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and specialty CAD software for mechanical, fire protection, and electrical systems. • Coordinate field assessments, gather information, and ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of deliverables. • Assist senior team members with preliminary sketches, redlines, and submittal plans, and support project managers and engineers in detailed building system design. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, scientists, and support staff; travel to project sites and other Dillon offices as needed.

Flexible work hours support a healthy work‑life balance. • Hold a diploma from an accredited Electrical Engineering Technologist program (or equivalent) with 5‑10+ years of relevant experience. • Proficient in the latest versions of AutoCAD and Revit; able to interpret and apply codes, standards, and regulatory requirements. • Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication, strong organization, detail‑orientation, and interpersonal skills.
