About the Role

• Provide courteous, customer‑service‑focused support on every call. • Diagnose, repair and install residential electrical systems, including fault‑finding, panel work, generators, knob‑and‑tube removal and rewiring. • Accurately estimate repair costs and ensure first‑time fixes with clear homeowner communication. • Prioritize tasks and meet established deadlines. • Perform diagnostics, maintenance and service of equipment per manufacturer specifications. • Follow all safety rules, regulations and conduct equipment inspections. • Educate homeowners on electrical work and the value of Reliance products and programs. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of modern equipment, codes and regulations. • Provide a predictable, stable schedule with consistent work. • Promote an award‑winning, diverse and inclusive corporate culture.

What You Bring

• Supply tools, fully stocked trucks and ongoing skills training. • Require a Certified Electrician licence (309A) and registration with the Ontario College of Trades. • Require at least 5 years’ residential electrical experience. • Require a clean driver’s licence and physical ability to perform job duties. • Demand strong verbal, interpersonal, problem‑solving and customer‑service skills. • Consider additional experience in refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing or mechanics as an asset.
