About the Role

The Logistics Clerk coordinates and expedites the movement of materials, parts, and assemblies, establishing and communicating delivery deadlines. They verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain relevant records, and apply identification information and shipping instructions to containers. The clerk also arranges material distribution upon arrival, inspects product quality and quantity, and works to meet schedules and support customer satisfaction. • Coordinate and expedite movement of materials, parts, and assemblies. • Establish and communicate delivery deadlines for shipments. • Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments. • Maintain records and stamp identification information and shipping instructions on containers. • Process receipts, record inductions into SAP, notify material inspectors, manage put‑aways, and update inventory upon material arrival. • Conduct visual inspections to ensure receipts meet physical standards and paperwork complies with customer requirements. • Document equipment movements to support inventory control. • Safely operate sit‑down and reach forklifts and other material‑handling equipment. • Collaborate with team members to transfer goods accurately and timely to designated areas. • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.

What You Bring

• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. • Obtain forklift certification and possess basic Microsoft Excel knowledge. • Prefer experience in shipping and receiving, safety protocols, equipment operation, SAP, and logistics/warehousing operations.
