About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor role oversees all maintenance operations for a community, working closely with the Community Manager to manage service requests, preventative maintenance, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and resident relations. The position requires regular onsite attendance, supervision of maintenance staff, inventory control, execution of preventive programs, and participation in on‑call emergency response, while ensuring OSHA and EPA standards are met. • Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident and management maintenance requests and work orders. • Conduct daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify and correct safety hazards. • Manage maintenance supplies inventory and adhere to budget guidelines. • Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property lifespan. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations and maintain hazard communication. • Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff; provide daily performance feedback. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and assist with unit inspections and make‑ready processes. • Maintain accurate records of service requests, maintenance activities, and compliance documentation. • Oversee vendor relations, obtain bids, and ensure quality and timely completion of repairs. • Provide excellent customer service and consistent resident communication.

What You Bring
