About the Role

• Collaborate with Marketing, Project Managers and others to prepare proposals and interview materials. • Work with diverse technical teams to develop compliant proposal documents. • Manage multiple concurrent proposals: assemble internal teams, schedule milestone reviews, track follow‑up actions and deliver final submittals on time. • Ensure timely production and quality of all marketing communications. • Evaluate technical content for RFP compliance, track amendments and incorporate required information. • Write and edit proposal content for clarity and impact. • Develop, layout and coordinate graphics for proposals. • Streamline company data systems by maintaining photography, resumes, project descriptions, contacts and skill‑set tracking databases.

HDR is hiring a Marketing Coordinator with writing and graphic‑design skills for the NE/IA Transportation Business Group in Omaha, Nebraska. The coordinator will support the firm’s engineering projects by developing proposal and interview materials that help win transportation contracts. This role is ideal for a creative, self‑motivated leader who thrives in a collaborative, team‑focused environment. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication, Journalism or related field, or equivalent experience. • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (desired). • Proven writing and editing abilities. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to meet tight deadlines and make independent decisions. • Quick self‑starter, team‑oriented, detail‑focused with strong administrative skills. • Experience in the architecture/engineering (A/E) industry preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign.
