About the Role
As an entry‑level engineer, you will support engineering teams in delivering inspiring and highly collaborative designs, learning from senior staff while contributing to innovative solutions and client satisfaction. Key duties include enrolling in the firm‑wide Engineering Development Training (EDT) program, attending continuing‑education seminars, conducting field inspections, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, creating basic CAD/BIM designs, performing equipment selections and system calculations, and gaining foundational knowledge of network and Wi‑Fi infrastructure. • Attend technical and professional continuing‑education seminars. • Conduct field inspections and assist senior engineers with due‑diligence, feasibility, and gap‑analysis reports. • Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams and produce CAD/BIM drawings, equipment selections, and system calculations. • Support design and engineering of new installations, retrofits, and upgrades across various project types. • Collaborate with senior team members to develop multidisciplinary designs, calculations, research, and specifications. • Participate in 401(k) with employer match, professional development courses, incentive bonuses, and robust PTO.

What You Bring
The ideal candidate thrives in a team setting, can work independently when needed, and is eager to expand hands‑on experience. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (expected Winter 2025–Summer 2026), proficiency in MEP AutoCAD (REVIT a plus), design and calculation software, MS Office, and preferably a prior engineering internship. • Gain basic knowledge of network connectivity, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi infrastructure, and ICT trade fundamentals. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (expected Winter 2025–Summer 2026). • Demonstrate proficiency in MEP AutoCAD; REVIT experience a plus; skilled in design/analysis software and MS Office. • Previous engineering internship experience preferred.
