About the Role

In this role you will support the lead generation and sales teams by processing leads, verifying homeowner information, confirming availability, and coordinating appointments across all Mad City markets. • Manage appointments generated through face‑to‑face sources and enter them into the CRM • Document all call attempts with appropriate dispositions and detailed notes • Handle inbound calls from promoters and make outbound calls to reach unverified leads • Participate in department contests and achieve personal and team goals • Maintain a professional presence and a team‑first mindset • Operate within call center hours of 8 am–9 pm, seven days a week
