About the Role
Plans, coordinates, and supervises field operations of projects. Provides technical direction and is responsible for safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self‑performed work). • Coordinate means, methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources to achieve goals. • Develop and manage the construction plan with the project manager for successful execution. • Align project team schedules internally and with subcontractors for monthly updates. • Identify and maintain the most efficient workflow for all trades to maximize production. • Oversee development of the CPM project schedule with superintendents and the manager. • Manage the procurement process to align with the CPM schedule. • Ensure timely completion of punch lists and schedule start‑up/commissioning of systems. • Participate in business development proposals and presentations. • Use telephone, computer, email, or other electronic devices to communicate with customers or vendors. • Comply with all safety standards and procedures. • Occasionally climb stairs or ladders; frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, carry, or feel objects. • Interact regularly with people throughout the shift. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects; sit, stand, or walk short distances for extended periods.

What You Bring
• Understand prime contract terms, subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and related documents. • Minimum 10+ years construction project supervision experience. • Bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related field required. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. • Experience on projects exceeding $200 million. • Wear required personal protective equipment (e.g., steel‑toed shoes, hard hat, safety glasses). • Frequent reaching above shoulder height and below waist; occasional stooping, kneeling, or bending.
