About the Role

• Lead full site execution: planning, mobilization, construction, QA/QC, HSE, testing, commissioning, documentation and handover. • Build and manage the site organization of engineers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractors; define roles and daily/weekly work plans. • Conduct daily toolbox talks, weekly progress reviews and interface meetings with clients, consultants and stakeholders. • Develop and maintain site schedules (MS Project/Primavera) with look‑ahead plans, resource loading and critical‑path tracking. • Create work packages, assign tasks, monitor productivity and implement recovery plans when needed. • Produce progress reports, dashboards, DPRs and earned‑value analyses for proactive decision‑making. • Serve as the primary on‑site contact for client and consultant; manage communication, issue resolution and change control. • Handle site variation requests, technical queries and claims in coordination with commercial teams. • Oversee installation of LV/MV switchgear, PCC/MCC, distribution boards, transformers, UPS, battery banks, earthing, cabling and auxiliaries per design. • Ensure correctness of single‑line diagrams, drawings, interlocking logic, protection settings and control philosophy. • Plan and supervise FAT/SAT, pre‑commissioning and commissioning tests including IR, PI, relay and SCADA/PLC checks. • Enforce HSE standards: PTW, LOTO, hot‑work, confined‑space, lifting plans and electrical safety procedures. • Implement QA/QC plans, ITPs, inspection requests and verify material certificates for compliance with IS/IEC and client specs. • Manage BOQ alignment, budget, cash‑flow targets, material planning, long‑lead items and vendor deliverables. • Lead documentation: site logs, test records, as‑built drawings, O&M manuals, training materials, punch‑list closure and final handover.

What You Bring

We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on‑site execution of LV/MV power distribution projects from mobilization through testing, commissioning and handover. The ideal candidate is an Electrical Engineer with more than 15 years of site leadership experience, strong interpersonal skills, structured team management, practical scheduling and a customer‑first mindset. Experience with electrical panels, protection and control philosophy and testing/commissioning methods is highly desirable. • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's a plus) with 15+ years of LV/MV site execution experience. • Demonstrated success managing multi‑disciplinary teams and multiple subcontractors on schedule‑critical projects. • Hands‑on knowledge of electrical panels, protection & control philosophy and testing/commissioning procedures. • Proficient with project scheduling tools (MS Project/Primavera) and site reporting practices.
