About the Role
The Cleaner works under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor and performs a variety of custodial duties for C&W Services in accordance with the company's established standards, instructions, and procedures. Typical duties include sweeping, mopping, and washing floors, as well as using commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. The cleaner vacuums rugs in offices and public areas, spot‑cleans and shampoos rugs when directed, and dusts furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, door trims, and light fixtures, including periodic high‑dusting. Additional responsibilities involve washing interior glass, windowsills, doors, and interior walls, and thoroughly cleaning and restocking bathrooms each day. The role also requires collecting building trash, replacing liners, monitoring fixtures for defects, and removing snow from entrances and walkways as needed. • Sweep, mop, and wash floors; operate commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines. • Vacuum rugs and carpets in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed. • Dust furniture, exhibit cases, pictures, door trims, light fixtures, and perform periodic high‑dusting. • Clean interior glass, windowsills, doors, and wash interior walls daily. • Clean and restock bathrooms, service soap and toilet‑paper dispensers, and monitor fixtures. • Collect and dispose of building trash; replace liners in waste containers. • Remove snow from entrances and walkways as needed. • Perform periodic tasks such as high‑dusting, leather/wood polishing, and wall washing. • Follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and cooperate as part of a team. • Use cleaning tools and equipment, including backpack‑style portable vacuums. • Maintain attention to detail, organization, high energy, and endurance.

What You Bring
No prior cleaning experience is required, but the candidate must be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively as part of a team. The ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment, including a backpack‑style portable vacuum, is essential. Benefits

Compensation is competitive, ranging from $18.70 to $20.00 per hour, and will not be below the applicable minimum wage.
