What You Bring

Education or experience that prepares you for success includes a high school diploma or GED and familiarity with common construction and industrial tools. Experience in repairing mechanical equipment is also valued. The position requires effective communication with customers, basic math proficiency, and a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. General mechanical aptitude, a safety-focused mindset, and, where needed, bilingual ability are also important. The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50 pounds or more, with work performed both indoors and outdoors as required. The base pay range is $17.75 – $23.72, with the starting rate varying based on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.
