About the Role

Parts and Service Sales Representatives support customers by keeping equipment healthy and productive. This field‑based role involves daily visits within a designated territory to sell Caterpillar parts, preventative maintenance, and repair services. Representatives develop solutions that lower operating costs and reduce downtime while actively promoting all Milton CAT products and building strong relationships. • Recommend service product options to help customers lower operating costs. • Build relationships with key decision makers and promote all Milton CAT products. • Serve as primary liaison between customers and Milton CAT for product support. • Develop annual strategic account plans to grow commodity sales. • Collaborate with customers, service, parts, and sales teams to ensure exceptional service. • Provide training on unit operation and maintenance. • Create and maintain profiles on major parts and service competitors. • Meet sales, profit, and close‑ratio targets. • Manage customer accounts using CRM software. • Participate in trade events and maintain membership in industry organizations. • Collect and verify customer contact information and machine population annually.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 3‑5 years of heavy‑duty dealership experience in parts or service, strong computer and CRM skills, excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation consists of a base salary ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 plus monthly commissions and eligible bonus periods.
