About the Role

The Finance Business Partner oversees financial operations for a specific geographic region or strategic segment, acting as a trusted advisor to regional leadership. The role aligns financial performance with local business objectives and corporate policies, extending down to the branch level. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost control, profitability analysis, and supporting strategic initiatives such as M&A and business reviews. • Develop regional and branch budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, including derived budgets for domains, strategic accounts, and services. • Prepare and review financial reports for branches, regions, domains, and strategic accounts, supporting corporate controlling. • Monitor regional and branch costs, utilization, and variances; implement measures to achieve profitability targets and support pricing strategies. • Track net working capital at the regional and branch level and execute actions to improve cash flow. • Collaborate with regional teams to drive operational and strategic initiatives. • Provide financial insights and support for corporate initiatives such as M&A and strategic business reviews. • Identify and mitigate financial risks specific to regions, branches, domains, strategic accounts, and services. • Develop and oversee a Commercial Project Manager role for high‑risk or large‑volume projects when applicable. • Hands‑on approach to regional, branch, and project financial processes. • Lead FP&A standardization and drive adoption of best‑in‑class tools and technologies.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive finance or project accounting experience, preferably 8 years, with leadership exposure. • Deep knowledge of local market dynamics, industry drivers, and regional regulations for domains, services, and strategic accounts. • Adaptable problem‑solving skills to navigate changing market conditions. • Strong analytical ability to translate regional financial data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align corporate goals with local stakeholders. • Strategic thinking to support planning and local risk management. • Advanced experience with project accounting, accounts receivable software, and reporting solutions (PowerBI, Data Lake). • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA and/or PMP certification highly preferred. • Advanced proficiency with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics MD365 preferred, SAP, Coins), Power BI, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience managing finances and consolidation for multiple entities or international operations. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification to align financial and project management practices.

The position offers a salary range of $109,000 to $140,000, dependent on experience, with a typical Monday‑Friday schedule and occasional overtime or on‑call duties. Travel requirements are limited, and the office environment is clean, well‑lit, and low‑to‑moderate noise. Physical demands include clear communication and occasional light lifting of office items.
