About the Role

Every day you will act as a trusted advisor to channel partners, consultants, contractors, and end users, influencing the design of electrical distribution systems from low‑voltage to medium‑voltage, motor control, power switching, digital power, automation, services, and power monitoring equipment. You will connect partners to Schneider’s latest offers, applications, and tools to help them meet their commercial objectives. Collaboration is key: you will work with inside sales specialists, quotation experts, project managers, account managers, supply‑chain teams, and other cross‑functional groups to deliver engineered‑to‑order solutions. This includes interpreting electrical plans and specifications to craft winning proposals, developing multi‑layered account plans, and driving market strategy through pricing, promotions, and joint sales activities. What You Bring

The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant sales experience, preferably in electrical distribution or energy‑management industries, and holds a bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, or business (or equivalent experience). Advanced experience building relationships with C‑suite executives and a solid understanding of Schneider’s software, cloud analytics, and services are also required. • Minimum 3 + years of relevant sales experience, preferably in electrical distribution or energy‑management. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or business (or equivalent experience). • Proven ability to build relationships with C‑suite executives.

Benefits

The position is full‑time and based in the United States, offering a compensation range of $108,800 to $163,200 per year, which includes base pay and a short‑term incentive. Pay is set within the range based on performance, skills, experience, and education. Schneider Electric also provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, Benefit Bucks credits, flexible work options, paid family leave, a 401(k) match, stock purchase opportunities, 12 holidays, and 15 days of paid time off (prorated in the first year). • Base salary $108,800 – $163,200 plus short‑term incentive. • Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and Benefit Bucks credits. • Flexible work arrangements, 12 paid holidays, 15 days PTO (prorated first year). • 401(k) with company match and opportunity to purchase company stock.
