About the Role

The role involves efficiently managing field operations by overseeing subcontractors, ensuring material supplies align with the site programme, and supporting the Site Manager in planning and safe execution of work. The incumbent will also deputise for the Site Manager when required and uphold quality standards to meet customer expectations. • Organise and control labour and subcontractors, completing weekly planning sheets to meet the build programme. • Direct contractors to achieve quality standards and coordinate material availability with the Site Manager. • Ensure site personnel comply with Construction Health & Safety Regulations and company safety procedures. • Conduct frequent safety inspections and ensure operatives follow method statements and risk assessments. • Adhere to site‑specific environmental action plans and waste segregation policies. • Liaise daily with the Sales Executive on customer options, variations, and resolve customer issues. • Coordinate supply and installation of customer choices with the Buying Department and subcontractors. • Arrange and accompany National House Builders Council and local authority inspections. • Assist with Home Quality Inspections and ensure defect‑free handover at legal completion. • Perform regular property inspections, produce snagging lists, and verify work follows drawings and specifications. • Support site presentation compliance with franchise and street‑scene guidelines. • Provide required waste disposal skips and enforce proper waste separation.

What You Bring

• Hold a trade background with NVQ Level 4 Residential Construction Site Supervision. • Demonstrate detailed knowledge of the building process, NHBC standards and Building Regulations. • Maintain first‑aid qualification and CSCS Manager/Supervisor card.
