About the Role

An essential part of the role is analyzing industry trends and dynamics to inform innovative market strategies and expand the company’s footprint while delivering profitability targets. • Identify and pursue new HVAC service business opportunities using Carrier Abound AI. • Build and maintain relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and internal teams. • Drive customer growth through strategic engagement, increasing sales and service uptake. • Collaborate with sales, government bodies, and industry associations to execute opportunities across verticals. • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and emerging trends to management. • Support marketing plan development, create presentations, and lead negotiations to meet growth targets. • Develop strategic plans and reports to achieve business development goals and ensure smooth handover to sales.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate strong time management, teamwork, communication, and participation in training initiatives. • Minimum 5‑7 years of business development experience, preferably in HVAC. • 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in the HVAC industry. • Proven ability to deliver results with strong attention to detail. • Excellent customer service focus and professional communication skills. • Strong self‑organization, time‑management, and motivation to lead others. • Experience with CRM systems, PowerPoint presentations, and contract negotiation.
