About the Role

The Senior Sales Engineer will promote Carrier’s value proposition by linking customers’ operational and business objectives to tailored solutions, building and managing long‑term partnerships, and ensuring satisfaction through the sales process. The role focuses on generating new business, qualifying and closing opportunities, and increasing market share for chilled‑water equipment such as chillers, AHUs and FCUs. Responsibilities include creating competitive estimates, proposals and cost‑benefit analyses, negotiating terms and pricing, coordinating with factories and application engineers, and managing the full delivery and invoicing cycle. The purpose of the position is to support departmental strategies and sales targets, enhance customer relationships and expand Carrier’s market presence. The engineer will work closely with internal teams to provide technical proposals, track quotation status, gather market insights, and participate in weekly and monthly sales reviews. • Promote Carrier’s solutions by aligning customer objectives with tailored HVAC, refrigeration and fire‑security offerings. • Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. • Identify, qualify and close new sales opportunities for chilled‑water equipment (chillers, AHUs, FCUs). • Prepare competitive estimates, bids, proposals and cost‑benefit analyses under manager guidance. • Negotiate pricing, terms and payment conditions to optimise accounts receivable and meet financial standards. • Coordinate pricing, technical submittals and delivery schedules with factories and application engineers. • Track quotation status, generate market leads and provide project costing and discount coordination. • Participate in weekly and monthly sales reviews, reporting market insights and progress. • Meet or exceed sales forecasts, increase market share and grow existing accounts. • Ensure accurate invoicing, follow‑up payments and complete delivery cycle management.

What You Bring

Minimum requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and five to seven years of proven sales experience with chilled‑water products in the Saudi market, preferably in the Central and Eastern regions (Riyadh and Dammam). Candidates must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong track record of sales success, and a dynamic, customer‑oriented attitude. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and 5‑7 years of sales experience with chilled‑water products in Saudi Arabia. • Exhibit strong communication skills, a proven sales record and a dynamic, customer‑focused attitude.
