What You Bring
• Understand partners' business, finances, and organizational structure to ensure a shared vision. • 10+ years of progressive experience in partner management, business consulting, strategy, finance, or similar roles within a complex, matrixed organization. • Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L analysis, forecasting, investment prioritization, and ROI evaluation. • Proven ability to drive outcomes through influence, aligning senior stakeholders across internal and external groups. • Experience advising executive-level leaders and challenging assumptions to shape strategic decisions. • History of managing complexity, including organizational change and evolving partner models. • Excellent communication skills and executive presence, able to distill complex topics for senior audiences.

Our competitive compensation includes a starting on‑target earnings (OTE) of $184,894 to $285,450 for U.S.-based sales roles, comprising base salary, commission, bonuses, stock grants, and other incentives.
