About the Role
The role involves close collaboration with designers, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies and vendors to meet project objectives and deliver high‑quality graphic presentations and construction documents. • Participate in all project phases from concept to construction documents and production. • Collaborate with design teams, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and vendors. • Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings. • Use hand rendering techniques to convey design concepts and iterative solutions. • Apply VR/AR technologies to the architectural design process (optional).

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in architecture, have ten or more years of project delivery experience, and be proficient in Revit and a suite of 2D/3D tools; knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction techniques is essential, with LEED accreditation and VR/AR experience viewed as assets. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; licensed architect preferred. • Bring 10+ years of experience delivering projects from start to finish. • Demonstrate Revit proficiency and skill with BIM360, Octane, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, V‑Ray, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite. • Possess knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes; LEED accreditation a plus. • Maintain strong organization skills and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
