About the Role
• Follow and implement the company’s Health, Safety & Environmental Policy • Work performed around hazardous equipment. • Identify welding certification, training and experience appropriate for assignment scope • Communication with engineering parties to meet commissioning requirements • Coordinate and implement resources and activities necessary to maintain a safe and quality execution • Identify testing required per projects scope of work • Supervise entire electrical department (15 crews, 100 – 150 people) • Directs solar/construction personnel and/or installation subcontractors to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications • Coordination with supplier testing & commissioning teams • Support the team with planning and utilization of proper means and methods for activities • Coordination of personnel, material, and equipment needed to meet schedules • Assure all work undertaken is within approved scope boundaries and is in full compliance • Advice site teams on paper work needed collected to initiate commissioning • Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action • May have to interact with Owner’s Field Representative and outside testing agencies

What You Bring
• Excessive humidity, rain etc. • Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces • Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines • Experience operating solar power plants and equipment • Required repetitive movement. • Excellent skills in MS Project or comparable project management tool, and possess strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of software development methodologies and processes • Experience reviewing electrical and mechanical manuals of installation and design technical packages • Able to walk or move continuously while carrying 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials. It is • Fluent in written and spoken English, bilingual Spanish and English preferred • Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time. • SCADA, MET station Aux rack installation • Must be able to work extended hours on your feet on uneven surfaces (dirt, concrete, asphalt, mud, gravel etc. full range of motion and flexibility consistent with requirements of the job duties. • Solar PV, wind power or BESS project experience, preferred • Module-to-module series connection (Plug and Play) • Travel: up to 100% as needed • Work performed in confined areas. • Regular attendance, in accordance with company's attendance policy and supervisory assignment, is an essential job duty requirement for this position • CAB System and Combiner Box installation • Able to climb and maintain balance of ladders, scaffolding, stairways etc. • Work performed at low and/or high elevations • Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner • Strong in Microsoft Office Suite • Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience supporting the constructions of major projects, preferably in the building of power stations or supply networks, or other utility-scale construction projects • Willingness to travel • Assertive, able to cope with pressure, a team player • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Cable installation and termination (AC/DC/MV/Fiber),
