About the Role

The role works in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment, partnering with Project Accountants and other team members to support the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include preparing and sending monthly invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, processing accounts payable, handling cash applications, entering data, managing contracts, and providing general accounting support. • Support Project Accountants with internal and external client requests. • Prepare and send monthly invoices with required documentation. • Monitor and follow up on unpaid invoices to collect receivables. • Evaluate incoming payments and ensure proper cash application. • Process accounts payable, overhead invoices, check requests, and handle vendor inquiries. • Perform cash receipt backup and data entry into accounting systems. • Review client contracts for accurate project setup and manage electronic documents. • Provide general accounting support as needed.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent and one or more years of relevant accounting experience or coursework. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong professionalism, communication, multitasking abilities, and a team‑oriented attitude are required; Deltek CostPoint knowledge is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • At least 1 year of accounting experience or coursework. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. • Demonstrate professionalism, strong people skills, and effective communication. • Able to multitask and work in a deadline‑driven environment. • Deltek CostPoint proficiency is a plus.
