About the Role

The primary focus of this on‑site role in Troy, OH is tactical management of product verification, including material movement, inventory counts and containment actions in partnership with the Quality Engineering group. The position also supports inspections throughout manufacturing, participates in audits, and helps maintain compliance with required standards. • Manage product verification execution and material movement with Quality Engineering. • Conduct 200% inspections of Wheel Assembly, Kitting, and Brake Assembly and document findings. • Perform inspections throughout manufacturing processes to support verification. • Support containment activities and coordinate with Quality Engineering. • Participate in internal and external audits as needed. • Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold at least a high school diploma or GED and have experience in a manufacturing environment. Preferred qualifications include quality inspection experience in automotive, aerospace, medical devices or FAA settings, the ability to read blueprints, basic Microsoft Excel skills, strong attention to detail, and flexibility in a fast‑paced workplace. • Require high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience. • Prefer quality inspection background in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, or FAA. • Use basic Microsoft Excel for data tracking. • Demonstrate attention to detail, follow directions, and adapt to fast‑paced changes. • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and endure extensive walking on the shop floor. • Work on‑site in Troy, OH, Monday‑Friday 7 AM‑3:30 PM; U.S. citizenship required.
