Warehouse Associate - Forktruck Operator

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to work the weekend shift (Friday‑Sunday, 6 AM‑6 PM). The role involves receiving, stocking, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the facility. It includes the core duties of a Warehouse Associate I with additional administrative responsibilities. Each day, the associate receives material from suppliers and production, verifies packing lists against purchase orders using SAP or the Boxing report, and counts, sorts, and stores items on racks, shelves, or bins according to inventory screens. They fill requisitions, work orders, and material requests, then distribute the items to production areas as needed. Quantities received or dispatched are recorded using material requisition forms, receiving tickets, or sample requisition forms, and items are weighed or counted to ensure compliance with company standards. • Receive and verify incoming material against purchase orders using SAP. • Count, sort, and store items on racks, shelves, or bins per inventory system. • Fill requisitions and distribute tools/materials to production areas. • Record quantities of received or dispatched items. • Operate forklift and electronic weighing scales for material handling.

What You Bring

The position requires operating material‑handling equipment such as a forklift and electronic weighing scales. Candidates with forklift and inventory experience are preferred, and 1‑2 years of warehouse experience is desired. The role demands the ability to lift at least 35 lb, handle 12‑foot crates with a forklift, and possess basic computer skills, including email and SAP. • Prefer candidates with forklift and inventory experience. • Require 1–2 years of warehouse experience. • Able to lift 35 lb and handle 12‑foot crates with a forklift. • Proficient with email and SAP computer systems.
