About the Role

As a Hydroblaster, you will be a vital team member responsible for using high‑pressure water blasting, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols to clean and maintain industrial equipment and surfaces. Your expertise in chemical handling, confined‑space entry, and industrial cleaning techniques ensures efficient, thorough operations. Working collaboratively, you will help maintain a safe and compliant environment while delivering top‑quality industrial cleaning services. • Set up machine by rolling hoses, prepping equipment, and assembling fittings. • Operate and inspect machines and equipment. • Perform cleanup in blast buildings, including shoveling and sweeping. • Assist with training programs in classroom and on‑the‑job settings. • Execute a variety of routine and non‑routine tasks. • Wear appropriate PPE such as rain gear, silver gear, turtle gear, metatarsal boots, PAPR, and gloves. • Use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull tools and controls. • Focus on directions and listen attentively. • Manage high‑PSI hoses in a heavy, strenuous role. • Occasionally work at heights, climb ladders, and work from platforms. • Manage water and moisture in all temperature ranges.

What You Bring

The position demands extensive physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting loads up to 50 lb, as well as climbing ladders and navigating stairs. You must be able to manage hoses operating at extremely high pressure and perform tasks that require strength and endurance in strenuous conditions. Work takes place in all weather conditions, from warm to sub‑zero temperatures, and often involves moisture, varying elevations, and moderate to high noise levels. The job site includes both light and heavy equipment and vehicles, requiring awareness of a dynamic environment. • Use shotgun, molding, lancing, and 3D high‑pressure water (10–40,000 psi). • Basic knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. • Obtain certification on‑site within 1½ to 6 months; prior certification not required. • Lift and carry tools, stoop, kneel, ascend/descend stairs; stand (80 %), walk (10 %), sit (10 %); lift up to 50 lb, carry 25 lb, push 60 ft‑lb, pull 100 ft‑lb. • Perform extensive standing, walking, bending, squatting, and lifting. • Communicate verbally and audibly. • Operate in all weather conditions from warm to subzero temperatures. • Encounter moderate to high noise levels. • Presence of light to heavy equipment and vehicles on site.
