About the Role
The Senior Financial Analyst role provides financial analysis and reporting across multiple portfolios. Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, generating cash‑flow projections, analyzing investment returns, and preparing materials for investor presentations. Key duties involve preparing comprehensive annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts, communicating business strategies and monitoring performance against targets, delivering regular executive updates on key drivers and trends, and building complex financial models to support analysis and recommendations. What You Bring
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, and 3‑5 years of relevant experience. Candidates must have strong Microsoft Excel skills with dynamic array model building, experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar systems, and the ability to adapt to change while managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills, as well as knowledge of financial statements, public company reporting, and commercial real‑estate finance, are required. • Require Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting and 3‑5 years relevant experience. • Advanced Excel proficiency, including dynamic array model building. • Experience with OneStream, Hyperion, or similar financial systems. • Demonstrated adaptability, self‑motivation, and a solution‑oriented mindset. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities. • Knowledge of financial statements, public company reporting, and commercial real‑estate finance.
