What You Bring

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, preferably have experience in direct or commission‑based sales, and demonstrate self‑motivation and a willingness to learn. The role demands a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License is required; applicants without the license will start as a Sales Scheduler and transition after obtaining it. • Must be 18 + years old. • Experience in direct or commission‑based sales preferred. • Self‑motivated with strong willingness to learn. • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. • Valid California Home Improvement Salesperson (HIS) License (or start as Sales Scheduler pending licensure).
