About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides professional recruiting services, partners with internal customers to develop talent strategies, ensures compliance, sources diverse talent, advises hiring managers, and promotes the Sundt brand across markets. • Provide talent acquisition services to place the right person in the right role at the right time. • Partner with internal customers to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies. • Recruit professional employees while ensuring compliance with the company's affirmative action plan and federal regulations. • Source qualified active and passive candidates using creative sourcing methods. • Build a diverse talent pipeline through continuous sourcing and recruiting. • Advise hiring managers on interview techniques, processes, and best practices. • Deliver high‑quality candidates and promote the Sundt brand across markets and professional communities. • Cultivate external relationships with industry organizations and vendors to create referral networks and meet rapid hiring needs. • Sit, stand, or walk short distances throughout the workday. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend. • Frequently use hands to grasp, lift, handle, or feel objects. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull objects weighing pounds. • Interact with people and technology regularly; use phone, computer, email, and other electronic devices.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree and 3‑5+ years of staff‑level or management recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings (or equivalent education/experience). • Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects simultaneously. • Experience using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar tools to manage candidate relationships. • Proven success implementing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools. • Human Capital Strategist or PHR certification (preferred). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
