About the Role
The Leasing Manager oversees all leasing and marketing functions at a property, partnering with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and create strategic plans that achieve budgeted occupancy. This role leads the leasing team, ensures effective resident relations, and drives resident retention through programs and events. • Lead leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and maintain accurate lease documentation. • Audit lease files and enforce compliance with company policies and Fair Housing/OSHA regulations. • Resolve resident complaints and implement retention programs such as events, promotions, and newsletters. • Develop and execute annual marketing plans, campaigns, and leasing/renewal events to drive traffic. • Conduct weekly market surveys and maintain product knowledge of property, competition, and market conditions. • Assist Community Manager in recruiting, training, coaching, and evaluating on‑site staff. • Ensure staff adherence to company policies, provide ongoing guidance, and promote teamwork. • Oversee customer service, service‑request response times, and property appearance through inspections. • Manage property resources economically by obtaining vendor bids and supervising maintenance repairs. • Perform physical tasks such as standing, climbing ladders, lifting up to 25 lb, and working in varied indoor/outdoor conditions, including overtime and weekends.

What You Bring
• Require high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred) and at least one year housing‑industry experience. • Demonstrate basic computer proficiency and understanding of on‑site software functions.
