About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck, delivering prompt and courteous waste removal services while ensuring compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include completing pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections, loading and compacting refuse, and disposing of collected material at designated facilities. The driver also interacts professionally with customers and dispatchers to maintain timely route service. • Perform pre‑ and post‑operation vehicle inspections and complete daily VCRs • Safely operate the collection truck on assigned routes, load, compact, and transport waste to disposal sites • Follow route sheets, maps, and dispatcher instructions to service each customer • Interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, ensuring timely and professional service • Identify, tag, and report unsatisfactory waste containers and monitor waste for violations • Clean accidental spills and maintain vehicle cleanliness to reduce downtime • Complete route productivity sheets, reports, and adhere to productivity standards • Follow all safety policies, participate in the ReSOP program, and avoid inappropriate risks

What You Bring
Drivers must hold a Class B (or higher) commercial driver’s license with an air‑brake endorsement and demonstrate strong customer service, time‑management, and follow‑through abilities.
