About the Role
In this position you will uphold cleanliness and quality standards across guest units and public areas while providing outstanding customer service to owners, guests, and their families. • Inspect assigned guest units and public areas to ensure resort quality standards • Report quality issues and ensure corrective action • Perform written inspections per management direction • Replace missing inventory items in units • Report maintenance problems and suspicious activity to management/security • Secure department assets and supplies in storage • Assist in maintaining accurate linen and supply inventory • Model best practices and support team productivity • Complete reasonable requests from management within capability

What You Bring
Successful candidates will demonstrate a team‑first attitude, the ability to multitask and work flexible shifts, strong communication skills, at least one year of housekeeping experience, and preferably a high school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to multitask and work flexible shifts • Strong oral and written communication with guests and team • Minimum 1 + year housekeeping experience • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
