Production Engineer
Oversee end‑to‑end high‑voltage switchgear production, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency.

About the Role
Key duties include maintaining HSE and quality standards, conducting in‑process quality checks, and certifying blue‑collar staff. The engineer will set daily, weekly and monthly production objectives, communicate them across blue‑collar, white‑collar and contract workers, and manage blue‑collar teams to achieve optimal qualitative output. Operational efficiency will be driven through ISO and internal audit handling, ownership of equipment and facilities, and recommendation of technical improvements. The role requires meeting volume, product‑quality, and on‑time delivery targets, while identifying deficiencies and leading improvement activities such as JDI, Kaizen, A3 and Six‑Sigma projects. Leadership responsibilities involve coaching, guiding and motivating sub‑ordinates in quality control, HR policies, product knowledge and continuous‑improvement tools. What You Bring
Required qualifications are a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5‑6 years of manufacturing experience, or a Diploma with 8‑10 years. Candidates must have production supervision experience (preferably in switchgear), SAP PP/MM knowledge, strong English communication skills, and a proven track record in continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus). • Hold a Bachelor’s (or Diploma) in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 5‑6 (or 8‑10) years manufacturing experience. • Possess production supervision experience, preferably in switchgear. • Proficient in SAP PP & MM and fluent in spoken and written English. • Experience in continuous improvement; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageous.
