About the Role

• Ensure personal and team safety using proper tools, PPE, and safety equipment. • Perform visual observations and safety checks during vegetation management and clearing. • Assist teammates in meeting project objectives. • Participate in storm restoration efforts as needed. • Operate vehicles and equipment safely and professionally. • Engage in ongoing training to develop technical and leadership skills. • Travel long distances on short notice and work extended periods at various locations. • Inspect and use personal protective equipment correctly. • Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and tools in good condition. • Use company radio and hand tools properly and maintain them. • Adhere to safety rules and company policies. • Work in environments with fumes, mechanical vibration, loud noise, and diverse weather conditions. • Support company values of safety, environmental stewardship, diversity and inclusion, and productivity.

What You Bring

The role requires the ability to perform rigorous physical labor, including lifting more than 50 lb, standing, walking, and working at heights or in confined spaces. Employees frequently work outdoors in varying weather and may be exposed to fumes, mechanical vibration, and loud noise. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception. • No prior experience required. • Read and communicate effectively in English; bilingual Spanish/English a plus. • Hold a valid driver’s license; commercial driver’s license strongly preferred. • Lift over 50 lb and perform rigorous physical labor. • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. • Follow directions, work at heights or confined spaces, and work outdoors in inclement weather. • Communicate effectively in reading, writing, and speaking. • Meet physical demands: standing, walking, reaching, lifting 50+ lb, and vision requirements. • Demonstrate teamwork, self‑motivation, customer‑service focus, ethical behavior, responsibility, punctuality, and excellent communication.
