About the Role

As a Material Planner for the Stator Cell, you will be dedicated to ensuring on‑time delivery from launch to customer. You will play a key role in our manufacturing plan, coordinating and expediting material flow, and will plan and schedule according to production needs using your deep knowledge of concepts, methods, and procedures. The role involves creating regional and global forecasts, converting demand plans into physical orders, analyzing demand exceptions, scheduling order timelines, prioritizing delivery dates, and conducting various material‑management analyses such as consumption, aged inventory, in‑transit material, and safety stock. You will also monitor safety‑stock levels, address aging inventory with regions and plants, and support product life‑cycle management within the S&OP process. • Collaborate with regional sales and operations to develop 12‑18 month forecasts and global demand plans. • Convert demand plans into physical orders, analyzing exceptions and aligning with product rationalization. • Schedule order timelines to meet customer requirements while minimizing inventory and shipping costs. • Prioritize delivery dates with product line, sales, and service delivery teams. • Perform material consumption, aged inventory, in‑transit, and safety‑stock analyses. • Monitor safety‑stock and aging inventory, coordinating with regions and manufacturing plants. • Support product life‑cycle management for new and obsolete items within the S&OP process.

What You Bring

To succeed, you need a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, at least four years of experience in inventory, order, and inventory‑optimization management, and prior experience in MRP planning. Intermediate knowledge of SAP MRP functionality, the ability to influence stakeholders, strategic thinking combined with tactical execution, and a sense of urgency are essential; CPIM certification is preferred. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field. • Minimum 4 years experience in inventory, order, and inventory‑optimization management. • Experience with MRP planning and intermediate knowledge of SAP MRP functionality. • Ability to influence stakeholders and execute strategic plans with urgency. • CPIM certification preferred.
