About the Role

You will lead supplier selection, development, and full contract life‑cycle management—from RFP through supplier exit—while maintaining up‑to‑date category knowledge and processes. You will also support execution of cost‑saving and sourcing events across the region. Collaboration with the global procurement lead, business units, and cross‑functional teams is essential to achieve strategic sourcing objectives for Sampling/Fulfillment and Shopper Marketing categories. You will coordinate business requirements, monitor supplier performance, and conduct reviews to mitigate risk. • Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with North America business goals. • Lead supplier selection, development, and full contract lifecycle (RFP to exit). • Execute cost‑saving and sourcing events for Marketing & Advertising categories. • Coordinate with global procurement, business units, and cross‑functional teams on sourcing objectives. • Collect business requirements and align them with regional category needs. • Monitor supplier performance indicators and conduct regular reviews to reduce risk. • Manage supplier relationships, resolve continuity issues, and ensure compliance with K‑C policies. • Communicate effectively across the organization and influence stakeholders. • Apply strong analytical, project‑management, and problem‑solving skills to drive improvements.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain, 3+ years of procurement category‑management experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a matrixed environment.
