About the Role
• Perform carpentry tasks such as partition framing, cabinet and countertop installation, and door/window installation. • Paint interior and exterior surfaces. • Install VCT, LVT, tile, carpet squares, and cove base flooring. • Replace and install sinks, faucets, toilets, and basic drainage or water lines (licensed plumbers preferred). • Replace and install light fixtures, switches, outlets, and perform basic data connections; diagnose minor electrical issues (licensed electricians preferred). • Execute commercial renovation and build‑out projects. • Follow OSHA safety requirements on job sites. • Interact professionally with customers to build relationships.
