About the Role

The role involves general solar labor tasks, including loading and unloading equipment and materials, preparing and supplying materials to other trades, assisting with solar panel installation, rigging, racking and torque tube assembly, pile layout, site cleanup, debris removal, and wire management, as well as any other duties assigned. • Load and unload equipment and materials. • Prepare and supply materials for other trades. • Assist with solar panel installation. • Perform rigging, racking, and torque tube assembly. • Conduct pile layout and wire management. • Clean up sites and remove debris. • Operate tools and equipment including power hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies. • Follow safety guidelines for repetitive motions and lift up to 50 lb (over 50 lb with assistance).

Qualified candidates preferably have construction experience and are proficient with power and hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills, jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders, and power buggies. Strong teamwork, a positive attitude, professional customer service, attention to detail, active listening, and effective communication are essential. The position requires repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements and the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lb (over 50 lb only with assistance or equipment). • Demonstrate strong teamwork, positive attitude, and professional customer service. • Use a no‑cost mental‑health tool and concierge service.
