About the Role

The Regional Organic Content Specialist drives the brand’s organic digital presence across three to four homebuilding divisions. The role manages non‑paid content on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Business Profiles, ensuring timely, locally resonant posts that align with national brand goals and engage regional audiences. Working closely with local and national teams, the specialist plans, creates, and publishes content using corporate templates, monitors performance metrics, and adjusts strategies to boost visibility, support community engagement, and strengthen regional brand equity. • Execute organic content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube aligned with regional goals and national brand. • Develop and manage content creation workflows using Canva templates, legal approvals, and Sprinklr publishing schedule. • Monitor, analyze, and engage with audiences, responding to comments and managing brand reputation. • Create tailored organic campaigns supporting division priorities, events, and promotions. • Plan content strategy with AirTable and collaborate with the Regional Campaign Manager for cross‑channel alignment. • Maintain regional asset libraries in Crooze, ensuring photographic and creative assets are current and brand‑compliant. • Conduct performance reviews of organic channels, interpreting engagement, reach, and follower growth to guide strategy. • Optimize Google Business listings for Welcome Home Centers and communities to improve local search visibility. • Lead review response strategy to maintain brand reputation and strengthen local presence.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have 2–4 years of experience as a Social Media Content Coordinator, and possess strong organizational and time‑management skills. Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Meta platforms and Sprinklr are required, with additional knowledge of Google Business listings considered a plus. • Require BS/BA or equivalent, 2‑4 years social media content coordination experience, proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Meta and Sprinklr a plus. • Strong organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
