About the Role
• Work on heavy fixed plant and mobile equipment • Perform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs on terminal equipment • Conduct planned and reactive maintenance to engineering standards • Respond to breakdowns to minimise operational downtime • Use CMMS for job cards and parts management • Ensure all equipment is tested and safe before return to service • Provide relief leading hand / shift supervisor duties when required

What You Bring
DP World is seeking an experienced A‑Grade Electrician to join the Maintenance team at Fisherman Islands Terminal. The role is part‑time with strong earning potential through extra hours and penalty‑rate shifts, working on large‑scale terminal equipment in a safety‑first, well‑resourced industrial environment supported by an experienced team and modern systems. • Strong safety culture and professional maintenance standards • Hold a Queensland A‑Grade Electrical Licence • Possess a Certificate III in Electrotechnology (or equivalent) • Strong experience in heavy industrial or fixed plant environments • Confident with fault finding, diagnostics, and electrical drawings • Experience with Siemens / Omron PLCs and AC drives (highly regarded) • Safety‑focused, reliable, and team‑oriented • Hold or be eligible for an MSIC
