About the Role

• Collaborate with Remediation team Project Managers and other AECOM business lines. • Serve as Engineer of Record, signing and sealing reports, drawings, specifications, and regulator applications. • Act as Senior Project Engineer delivering technical design, schedule, client liaison, reporting, and coordination. • Prepare designs, reports, specifications, and cost estimates for civil and environmental remediation projects, including excavation, landfill, dewatering, stormwater, site restoration, permitting, and municipal plans. • Utilize CAD applications, preferably Autodesk Civil 3D, to develop technical documents. • Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, technical methods, and add value to client services. • Mentor junior and mid‑level staff and certify staff for the Principles and Practice of Engineering (PE) exam.

What You Bring

• Hold a BA/BS in Civil Engineering with at least 4 years of related experience or equivalent. • Maintain a valid U.S. driver’s license and pass AECOM’s motor vehicle records review. • Preferably possess a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering. • Preferably have 5+ years of engineering consulting experience, including senior project roles on large‑scale landfill, excavation, dewatering, and coal‑ash projects. • Demonstrate ability to proactively lead technical efforts and project teams. • Hold OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification.
