About the Role

The Sourcing Specialist provides professional sourcing services to ensure Sundt identifies and hires the best talent while building a robust pipeline. The role partners with recruiters to generate leads through LinkedIn, iCIMS, cold calling, internet mining, social media, and other methods. As a key talent advisor, the specialist uses technology and innovative solutions to strengthen Sundt’s employer brand and improve the selection process. • Participate in recruiting events, job fairs, and promotional campaigns to attract qualified talent. • Conduct passive and active candidate sourcing via networking, referrals, database searches, job boards, cold calling, internet mining, and social media. • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline and gather market intelligence to assess candidate fit. • Perform preliminary phone screens to evaluate qualifications and interest. • Create innovative initiatives to source diverse, qualified candidates. • Ensure compliance with selection processes and maintain accurate data in iCIMS. • Collaborate with Marketing to enhance social media recruitment efforts. • Post jobs, network, and source across multiple channels; pre‑screen resumes and support recruiter interviews. • Screen candidates for qualifications, technical expertise, availability, salary expectations, and relocation needs. • Stay informed on market conditions and trends. • Manage recruiting activities using ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar technology. • Occasionally stoop, kneel, or bend; comply with safety standards. • Frequently use hands to handle objects and interact with people and technology. • Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; sit, stand, or walk throughout shift. • Regularly use telephone, computer, email, and other electronic devices for communication.
