What You Bring

Preferred qualifications include two years completed toward a degree with a 3.0+ GPA, demonstrated knowledge of relevant software packages, and a preference for local or regional candidates pursuing a Master’s in Structural Engineering in summer 2026. Required qualifications are current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and a commitment to actively participate in our employee‑owned culture. • Prefer: 2 years toward degree with 3.0+ GPA and knowledge of relevant software. • Prefer: Local/regional candidates pursuing a Master’s in Structural Engineering for Summer 2026. • Required: Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program. • Required: Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Required: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
