About the Role
The role leads programme strategy, governance, and delivery execution across multiple workstreams, focusing on managing and integrating Delivery Partners to achieve safe, on‑time, on‑budget outcomes aligned with the client’s objectives. Acting as a senior client‑facing leader, the postholder drives robust controls, coordinated decision‑making, risk management, performance improvement, and project delivery throughout the programme lifecycle. • Provide senior programme leadership to shape strategy, delivery model, and implementation roadmap. • Translate client objectives into clear programme outcomes, measurable KPIs, and integrated delivery plans across assets. • Establish a high‑performance culture across delivery partners and internal teams, promoting accountability and continuous improvement. • Supervise day‑to‑day management of delivery partners, ensuring alignment with programme priorities, governance expectations, and standards. • Oversee end‑to‑end execution of the programme to meet client requirements and readiness deadlines. • Manage complex stakeholder interfaces across client leadership, delivery partners, consultants, authorities, and third parties. • Direct structured engagement, proactively identify stakeholder risks, and convert constraints into actionable deliverables. • Champion a safety‑first culture, ensuring delivery partners comply with programme HSE requirements and KSA regulations.

What You Bring
