About the Role
The Production Supervisor provides leadership and direction to hourly team members to meet business requirements for efficient metal production using Arconic Business Systems, such as Lean manufacturing. Reporting to the Area Manager, the supervisor ensures a safe, productive environment and fosters a positive work culture by helping team members learn, grow, and develop. • Lead and direct hourly production team to achieve metal manufacturing targets. • Implement and sustain Lean manufacturing practices within Arconic Business Systems. • Ensure a safe and compliant work environment in coordination with the Area Manager. • Coach and develop team members, promoting growth and skill advancement. • Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence on the production floor.
