About the Role

The Field Services Technician will commission and service CRAHU equipment, complete daily scheduled tasks, and maintain thorough documentation, including client signatures, expense receipts, and time‑clock entries. The role requires regular communication with managers, supervisors, and clients, as well as securing parts and tools, reporting warranty repairs, and providing training to Level 1 technicians while adhering to company policies and safety standards. • Commission and service custom CRAHU equipment at data center sites. • Complete daily forms, time‑clock entries, and submit paperwork sequentially. • Obtain client signatures and verify receipts/invoices with correct job numbers. • Communicate status updates to manager or field supervisor regularly. • Secure and transport parts, tools, and personal protective equipment for each job. • Report warranty repairs and coordinate with internal teams. • Provide training and support to Level 1 Field Service Technicians. • Adhere to safety policies, non‑disclosure agreements, and company standards.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, be a registered apprentice in Electrical or HVAC, and possess a solid understanding of electrical, control, and HVAC systems, including 3‑phase wiring, Ohm’s law, and the ability to read mechanical drawings. Physical requirements include lifting 40 lb, working at heights, and possessing a valid driver’s license and passport for travel. Additional expectations include willingness to work on‑call and overtime, pass a DoD background check, wear required PPE and company uniform, and maintain good hygiene.
