About the Role

The analyst will partner with Sales Capabilities, Advanced Analytics, Customer Finance and Brand Revenue Growth Management, reporting to the Senior Manager of Trade Optimization. Collaboration across these functions is essential to drive trade effectiveness. • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of trade‑optimization tools and data sources using Excel, Power BI and other software. • Analyze consumer insights, POS and internal data, translate results into clear visualizations and recommendations. • Perform ad‑hoc analyses to support the Trade Optimization team and inform stakeholder decisions. • Engage with Sales teams to understand customer dynamics, address challenges, and influence business outcomes. • Support creation and development of new data sources and reporting solutions.

What You Bring

Candidates should have a strong quantitative background and demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment. The role may require up to 10% travel and is open to candidates already authorized to work in the United States; relocation support is not provided. • Bachelor’s degree requiring quantitative skills. • 3+ years of experience delivering results, preferably in CPG. • Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with Power BI or data lakes. • Ability to work with Nielsen, IRI, financial data and quickly learn additional sources. • Strong conceptual, analytical and communication abilities; ability to travel up to 10%.
