About the Role

• Develop annual and long‑term sourcing strategies and pipeline plans for the software category. • Achieve cost‑savings targets through effective negotiations. • Lead RF(x) processes and commercial contract negotiations with software suppliers. • Collaborate with legal, finance, cybersecurity and other cross‑functional teams. • Mitigate supplier risks via robust contracting and supplier management. • Communicate project status, compliance and policies to business leaders and stakeholders. • Serve as a business partner to IT stakeholders, tracking KPI metrics. • Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to meet internal customer needs. • Provide thought‑leadership and lead the software sourcing team. • Manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast‑paced, multinational environment. • Ensure compliance with global cybersecurity and data‑privacy regulations for software procurement.

The role involves developing long‑term sourcing strategies, driving cost‑savings, and managing supplier relationships across a multinational environment. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. • Minimum five years of progressive technology sourcing experience for global software (on‑prem, SaaS, Cloud) and services. • Ability to leverage internal and external data to create strategic category plans. • Strong negotiation and contract redlining skills for software agreements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
