About the Role
The Business Partner collaborates with finance, accounting, business operations, and senior management across the region and multiple ERP systems to manage credit limits and approve the release of credit‑blocked orders. This role ensures that the entire credit portfolio complies with internal controls, Sarbanes‑Oxley, and audit requirements, and that customer master data related to credit management remains accurate and up‑to‑date. Creditworthiness of new and existing customers is evaluated using third‑party agencies, and risk recommendations are provided to management based on financial data and annual reviews. Complex cases are escalated to senior Credit Risk Team staff, and appropriate actions are coordinated with relevant stakeholders, including negotiation of risk‑mitigation solutions. The position supports standard Credit Management KPIs—such as Past Due, Collection Efficiency, and DSO—and ensures the integrity of customer payment terms, driving standardization across divisions where needed.
